Round 2!

If you survived my other post (Spartan work out) It's time to move onto this!


200 lunges
100 push-ups
5 minute plank
200 squats (weights, sandbag, or body weight)
 max out pull ups
5 minute plank

After this go run some.

  1. This is rough hah, I used to do the 300 workout which was alot of just high intensity body weight training like this.
