1. Don't keep your hands tight. Keep them open.
2. Keep your head up.
3. Keep a good posture.
4. Lift weights.
5. In through nose, out through mouth.
REMEMBER. Keep it up run hard! If your a beginner runner run for distance not for speed. You can work on speed when you get your breathing down.
NEVER QUIT.
Good tips.. when I run I still have to consciously tell my self to look UP
ReplyDeleteI used to be a cross country runner and still manage to outrun most people, even out of shape. There is so much technique to it, most people don't even know. I would advise breating slowly and controlling your heart beat as well. Even if it feels weird, it helps you with endurance.
ReplyDeleteVery good advice thank you!
ReplyDeleteI like the advice, nice stuff.

ReplyDeleteI've never heard about keeping your hands open before, I'll have to try this next time I go for a jog.
ReplyDeleteYeah you are correct about the hands and other stuff but for all the years that Ive been running I find it difficult to open my hands lol.
ReplyDeleteThanks for tips. I always do all these :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this. My running days are Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I always try to keep my hands open. I think it's easier for me because I have so many years of ballet behind me, and in ballet, you always keep your hands open.
ReplyDeleteNEVER QUIT!!
