Pro Tips for Running.

Here some tips that will help you with running.

1. Don't keep your hands tight. Keep them open.

2. Keep your head up.

3. Keep a good posture.

4. Lift weights.

5. In through nose, out through mouth.

REMEMBER. Keep it up run hard! If your a beginner runner run for distance not for speed. You can work on speed when you get your breathing down.


NEVER QUIT.

  2. I used to be a cross country runner and still manage to outrun most people, even out of shape. There is so much technique to it, most people don't even know. I would advise breating slowly and controlling your heart beat as well. Even if it feels weird, it helps you with endurance.

  7. Yeah you are correct about the hands and other stuff but for all the years that Ive been running I find it difficult to open my hands lol.

  9. Thanks so much for this. My running days are Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I always try to keep my hands open. I think it's easier for me because I have so many years of ballet behind me, and in ballet, you always keep your hands open.
